Michael B. and his helper...I can't remember his name...were fantastic. They were polite and professional. I accidently rented too big a truck (26 ft.) and they were careful to load so nothing shifted on my trip from Gallatin, TN to Jacksonville, FL. I went through the mountains and countless hills. When I arrived in Jacksonville, nothing had shifted at all! They did the work in exactly the estimated time, it was a stressful trip for me, and they made the entire experience so much easier. Our two movers got all the large items we needed moved from our container and garage space into the house where needed. They were on time, worked quickly, were friendly, and very careful (no wall dings!)

The guys at helping hands did a tremendous job for us. We were moving cross country and didn't know what we didn't know. We quickly found out (from them) that the truck we rented wasn't going to be big enough for the amount of stuff we had. If they hadn't said anything we would have had to leave stuff behind. With our tight schedule in mind, they worked non stop until the truck was completely packed. They took great care in wrapping our glass table and valuable furniture. They packed the truck in a way where boxes would not move should a I hit a bump in the road. I'm glad to say that after 3 days of driving, we arrived at our new home and nothing was broken or damaged. I highly recommend Helping Hands of Nashville. I would use them again...in a heartbeat!

They were on time and they didn't damage anything. They worked really hard loading and organizing our truck. They didn't finish the job, because they were double booked; it was disappointing, but they did make sure our heaviest items were loaded. One of our workers was very respectful, however the owner complained to us the entire time and asked us if we minded if our table got dinged up. Overall we would've been highly satisfied, but when you consider they said they couldn't stay and finish the job, the owners constant complaining, and asking if we minded if our furniture got dinged up, is what drew us to this service was "ok" rating.
