They did an amazing job! They were a life saver! I had to find someone to fix Black Belt terrible load job of my pod storage container. Black Belt did such a poor job, they ran out of room and there was still a lot of large items left in my house. There was so much room in the middle of the pod but we couldn’t get to it because of the poor load job. Smooth Moves made the process extremely smooth! They unloaded and reorganized everything in the pod, for every item in my house and I still had room left.
I am so thankful for them, they saved us so much money, we are moving out of state and we’re going to have to rent a storage facility, plus drive the contents to our new home state once our house is finished being built!
Smooth Moves know what they’re doing. They were able to come short notice, I literally made the reservation at 5AM, and they showed up around 1:15pm.

Jeremy and Hassim were incredibly nice and professional. Both had my move completed on time, and they paid extra care to the items I told them I really wanted padded. Even though my moving truck was parked a ways away, they didn’t complain in the least. I would definitely recommend this service.

The two guys from Aspired Movers did an EXCELLENT job with loading our U-Haul. The accommodated our same-day request due to schedule mixup with no problem. They came straight from another job but you couldn’t tell because they worked hard from the minute they arrived up until hours later. Prior to leaving, they even tested their work by shaking the U-Haul to ensure that our items were secure. Nothing moved! We highly recommend them and would absolutely hire them again if we could.

Everything about the team was top notch.
The only complaint is that they were very late. Not their fault. The scheduler did not put our move on their work list. They were due to arrive between 2+3. We never heard from anyone to say they were late and I made four attEmpts to reach the company on line to no avail. Finally at about 4:30 I called another number and finally reached someone who then had to call someone else
After all that the workers arrived at 5:20 The move hadn’t been on their schedule.

The guys who came to my house to pack my pod where great. They were on time. They did an excellent job of arranging everything so that it would fit in the pod and made sure it was secure for transport of pod. Definitely would recommend them.

I will let my daughter perform this review.. “I have never used movers before, and I was thinking the experience would be nice, easy, and simple. It was the complete opposite. Smooth Movers was supposed to move everything that we had in our garage as well as our house. We had boxed up most of our house as well as everything the garage that could fit in a container was in a container. They wouldn’t move anything that was in the garage and they only moved the boxes in our living room and the basement that were in boxes. They didn’t bring any tools to take the legs off of the furniture which most movers need to do so that they can move furniture from basements. They were not prepared for the weather as it was cold the day they were moving and they were wearing leggings and a hoddie, which wasn’t right for the weather at all. We had let them know about the garage a week in advance and they said they could move everything we had asked for them to move. THEY DIDN’T!!! My husband and I had to load up the rest of the garage into our pod which I think is the stupidest thing. We were paying $300 for their services and they didn’t move half of the stuff we asked them to do. The garage had wood for woodworking tools, and tools for automotive repairs… NONE OF IT GOT MOVED!! I’m sorry I’m paying $300 for you to move my garage and a few boxes and you didn’t move half of it. Then the following day which was for the finally loading they changed times. They were scheduled for 9:30 AM, they called saying they needed to reschedule because they had a long night the night before. We understood and we allowed the move of time to around 2:30 PM thinking that that will be okay due to the moving not going to take to long. They called around 12:30 PM saying they overbooked…. We were the first ones on their list how could they over book when we were supposed to be the first ones they moved for the day. They said they would like to reschedule again!!! They asked us if we could do Monday! I’m sorry I scheduled for Sunday you said you were good for Sunday I can’t take time off of work just to accommodate you overbooking when that is not my fault. I told them this and they were like well we can try to aim to be there around 7 PM... what the hell!!! I am not going to stay up and then miss on sleep when they were supposed to be there at 9:30 AM!!! They lied, and said, “ We were originally scheduled for 2:30 pm.” This is not what we expected from a company that was supposed to be highly rated. Especially when we have a confirmation email and text showing the date and time for Sunday at 9:30 AM. We had to cancel with them and call our friends and family just to come and help us move furniture and everything else into the PODS when I hired movers to do this!!! I took my friends and family away from their families on a Sunday just because some dumb movers could not get their bookings correct. This also caused my mother to have to take the Monday off of work due to back pain because she helped with moving boxes into the Pod. Now, this really pissed me off, she lost pay for one thing and also she was in so much pain she could barely get out of bed on Monday”.
