This is the second time I've used Smooth Moves and they were great! They know how to pack a Pod very well and they worked so hard on a really hot and humid day. They were also very fast and very polite. I would definitely use them again.

Highly unprofessional. Owner was having a bad day. I had to ask him to not speak to me that way. He got very angry when I asked him to please protect my 100 year old antique buffet (which is worth $4,000). He flipped out because I suggested how he could do it.
I had put heavy duty metal shelves in the container and requested the “fragile “ boxes go there. He did not listen and put random things on them like paper and towels (in boxes). I hope my dishes don’t break.
I feel they did not care for my belongings.
I pointed out where one of the shelves was not hitting the guide, he said don’t worry about it, it won’t go to far. I reiterated that the container was going to FL from Omaha and I needed it to be safe. He didn’t seem to care about my belongings.
If I did not need to be moved out in a matter of days I would have asked them to leave.
Very disappointed I had to spend that kind of money for 2 hours and still not have the piece of mind that my things will be ok.

Excellent moving crew. They arrived on time with all the equipment required for this move and worked non-stop until the job was finished. This team exercised great care while moving delicate items and they were very respectful of our property and goods. I highly recommend them and will specifically request them for future moving needs.

Smooth Moves flexed when I requested a date/ time change. Very responsive to my requests. The 2-man crew worked quick and efficient. The lead crewman did a great job directing and arranging furniture in a 16-foot moving truck and secured it. Job Well done Thank you.

The team that showed up was awesome. The person that made the appointment forgot about our move so they didn’t show up until 5 hours after the time frame. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with late movers. If I hadn’t called to find out where they were we could have waited all day.
