They were very careful to make sure they knew what they were loading and what was not to be loaded. They were strategic in loading our pod and respectful of our property. Thank Goodness for Smooth Moves! They were a life-saver for picking up my unload when it was randomly dropped by another company. Since you're reading reviews to compare companies, Dynasty Movers was the one that dropped me the day before my unload was to take place. One of the gentlemen helping to unload the truck was actually one of the co-owners/business partners! Excellent initiative and personal investment in the business. They unloaded so fast I almost could not keep up with directing them where to put things; great personality and character. They did a great job of making the best of an unexpected and stressful situation. Highly Recommend!
