We had to change our original time from the afternoon to the morning and it didn't get communicated to the actual workers so they were over an hour late. Once they arrived they worked hard and fast. They never stopped and constantly asked us where we wanted stuff and what they should do next. Our trim got banged up in several different places, but it was nothing that wouldn't have happened if we did it ourselves.

We canceled our original appointment for help an hour before they were supposed to show up because our truck did not arrive. We called Matt from Smooth Moves and he said that he would work something out for us for no extra charge or a cancellation fee. They came the following day when our truck did show up and were so quick, careful, and efficient. They lifted a huge 300 pound entertainment center up to the third floor with relative ease. They even helped us decide where would be the best place to put it and moved it several times while it was in our house.
