I felt uneasy about their service from the beginning due to the fact that I had to call them several times up until the day before my scheduled move date to get an idea as to what time the movers would arrive. Approx. 2 hours after they were scheduled to arrive I called the owner and first of all he states that he was going to give me a call. He stated that his drivers were running late and he would contact them and let me know an ETA. Well..after about 30 minutes with no return call I called him back. 30 minutes after that the driver called and stated that they were about an hour away but they were going to stop for lunch and would be at my home sometime thereafter. Bottom line is that they were 4 hours and 45 min late. someone from their company called me later on that night and said the owner (Steve) was going to give me a call within 20 minutes and I did not hear from him until approximately a week later. He left a message and stated that he wanted to dispute my bill!!!

I would highly recommend Tri-County Movers for any job. They are professional, well organized, and worked beyond the hours I requested.

When the workers were there, they were excellent and very active. But they arrived two hours after their estimated start time. Their home office is much too far away to service Ventura. If I was in the Valley or in the LA area I would use them again. For Ventura I would source local. They should not have advertised they service Ventura county.

tri-county worked well for us. they responded promptly, showed up on time, and treated our things well. it took a little longer than expected, but it worked out and they got the job done.

My husband and I could not be happier with the 2 men that came to pack our belongings. They showed up on time, had all the necessary equipment and worked hard. They were very knowledgeable of how to pack our container. They were a pleasure to work with and they went beyond the call-of-duty to assist us. If we were staying in the area we would definitely request them again.

The two men chosen for unloading my POD showed great teamwork.
Nothing was mishandled or broken. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They asked where the boxes should go in my apartment. And they finished the job within the estimated time frame. I would recommend the company to friends, and I would request the same team again.

Ray and Burt were scheduled to arrive between 1-2pm but did not arrive until 5pm. However, Ray communicated with me periodically to let me know he was stuck on the 91 & 71 freeways. When they finally arrived they were apologetic and were raring to get to work. They were both respectful and worked hard. They were able to load two pods and were very mindful of our belongings. The only negative thing I can say is because of the late start they completed the job at 12:15am. I would use Ray and Burt again when the pods need to be unloaded in December.
