I didn't authorize this payment to be paid. I still have not heard from Steve the owner of the moving company. I am very unhappy about what happened this time with my move. It should have been simple. Everything was already packed in a storage unit, I provided the truck and all they needed to do was put the items into the truck and unpack them at my place of residence. They did not arrive until 12:30pm, so my X-husband and I already had most of the units boxes loaded onto the truck. For some reason one of the movers decides that he will unpack some of my already packed items and shrink wrap it. I did not request anything to be shrink wrapped, I had plenty of blankets and it was already packed in the truck. The whole remainder of the afternoon seem to go in slow motion. We finally finished with the unit and were well over the time frame that I budgeted and planned for. We leave to come to the house and I receive a call from one of the movers that they are broken down on the freeway and want me to come and get them. That was when I phoned Steve the owner of the company and informed him of the days events. He informed me that he would call his movers and get them set up with a Uber car and get them to my house to off load the truck and make things right for me one this move. I personally requested Steve because he had moved me in 2013 and did a wonderful job, treated my antiques with respect. This time was not the case. I have broken items that were not informed to me but the pieces placed on the items themselves. Priceless family pieces that I am 3rd and 4th generation to have them and now are broken. Off loading then truck stacking boxes and tubs clearly marked FRAGILE placed on the bottoms of 4 to 5 more heavy boxes. I am just shaking my head. I feel like I am in a dream or should say a nightmare. I was going to lose my storage unit to auction because I have been unemployed and had to borrow this money to move these things to my families home and I still feel like I have been taken advantage of. I am very disappointed in how this move went and very sad for my loss.

The guys worked hard and stayed a couple of hours longer than I had originally intended without complaint. There were no surprises in the final bill. I'll call again.

The guys were a bit late due to a previous job running long, but they were polite, hard working, efficient and took great care of our stuff. I'll use them again for sure.

The four movers I had from Tri-County movers were excellent. They were extremely hard-workers and went the extra mile to get all of our furniture into the house, notably with a couple of pieces that were tough to bring up our narrow stairs. There was some damage on the walls, which was unfortunate. But other than that, I couldn't have been happier with the work they put in. I have already recommended Tri-County Movers to a friend of mine who is moving soon.

I used 10 months ago to move from Ca to NV. They did such a great job that I just hired to move my mom. We even requested the same two movers and were able to get one of them. Again a great job. Will definetly refer to family and friends

They were 3 hours late and forgot some of the moving equipment I asked them to bring. They did work hard and were very nice but there was a strange incident after they left, about 10 minutes later one of the men all of a sudden appeared from one of the bedrooms and scared the crap out of me. He said he just wanted a signature but the piece of paper was blank so it didn't make sense, and he didn't come through the front door. Later that night the house was broken into and items taken and trash left in the house, including cigarettes. It was a very unsettling experience and would NOT recommend. Very unprofessional.
