Even though they arrived one hour late, I like the team a lot. They work so efficiently and well experienced. They take the glass table top and other fragile items very carefully. And they work so hard like non-stop, we actually saved one hour and half from my order :) I would love to use them again for sure.

Overall I wish I could give them a higher score. However they have some serious communication issues. Just as another review I had issues with my tri-county mover manager. Although he was supposed to contact us within 48 hours of the order being processed I did not hear from him at all. I ended up leaving a few voicemail's that he did not respond to. After contacting hire a helper after 2 weeks of no response from Tri County I finally received a call from "Steve".
It sounded as though he was in the middle of helping someone move and he didn't have his paperwork so he was going to call me back. After another week and playing voicemail tag he called me back. I informed him we had some special circumstances that required a packing expert for a container as well as carts or some type of transportation to get our belongings to the pod. It sounded as though he had written everything down but clearly he had not. After calling him every week prior to our move to ensure that they knew of our special situation I thought we were in the clear.
When the 2 guys showed up on moving day they were surprised to find out that our container was up a hill over 600 feet away. Which I had told Steve about numerous times at this point. So they called someone with a van to come and assist. Our understanding was that they were just bringing a van and leaving it with the 2 helpers that we had hired. However the van showed up and there were 2 people in it. At the end of the move they wanted to charge us for the additional people that I had not authorized to come.
Overall the movers themselves worked very hard. Barely taking any breaks and sweating hard. We offered them water and anything else they needed. The guy that was packing the pack rat did an excellent job and was careful to make sure heavy boxes were on the bottom and fragile boxes were placed properly. They were flexible on the arrival time since the pack rat arrived an hour and a half late!!! Also they stayed until the job was done.
Like I stated previously the workers were great but there was definitely some communication problems.

The guys were life savers! They were organized and prepared to load our furnishings into our storage pod. I look forward to using them again when it comes time to move back in to our home!

Tri-County Movers were professional and prepared for my move. They worked hard and treated my furnishings as if they were theirs. I would use them again. I have moved a lot and this was by far the easiest move!!

All of the movers were friendly and cooperative, and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got the job done, with spending less time and using few workers then we had anticipated. The Movers were late by 4 hours that put us at risk for meeting our schedule. We were told that the workload was overbooked. But the Movers that came made up by working so hard that everything got done on time! Great praise is awarded to the Movers that represents Tri-County Movers. The attitude was beyond positive under very stressful conditions. Thank you!
