The movers arrived on time and were very polite. They set the expectation up front that our move would take more than the 2 hours purchased. The truck was loaded/organized very efficiently, which left us plenty of room to complete the loading process upon their departure (as we could only afford to add an additional hour, they made sure to prioritize and load the heaviest items while they were there.

Gentle Giants did everything I could ask for. I hired them to unload a container that had been in storage. They were on time, very careful of my things, put everything where I wanted it and both of them were very pleasant to interact with. I would not hesitate to hire Gentle Giants again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We just ask that all items that can be boxed are properly packaged, and ready to be moved. If you need our help packing certain items, we’d be happy to.

No job is too big or small. We’ve handled countless local moves, long distance moves, office moves, in addition to safes, and upright pianos.
