Gentle Giants were so great! The guys were polite and prompt, and very careful with my belongings. I hired them because a friend had used them and she was also very pleased with the level of service provided. I would use them again no hesitation! I felt bad they had to hike my belongings up 3 flights of stairs but they never complained!

These guys were big, strong, GIANTS! They were delayed by traffic, but called me at 15 minute intervals until they arrived.
1) My valuables were securely wrapped.
2) The truck was packed with precision, nothing moved.
3) I experienced no damage.
4) They completed the job in a timely manner.
5) My helpers were courteous, mannerable, and made my moving experience enjoyable.
I would hire them again.

My movers were Jason and Zach and they were awesome! First of all let me just say, I get the name of the company but I wasn't expecting them to actually be Giants. They were huge! They took much care with my furniture. They put my complicated bed together even though I'm sure that wasn't a part of the deal. Also, I appreciated them putting boxes in the right room and asking me where I wanted things as opposed to just putting everything in the living room area. Oh, and let it be noted that they arrived during the hour time frame I set up. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

these guys were great! they showed up 5 minutes early, even though our start time was at 7a. they were efficient, kind, gentle, caring, and great and getting all our things in two small moving containers as opposed to three. i would highly recommend them!

I would certainly recommend Gentle Giants Moving to anyone who needed an extra pair of hands. They were on time (called when they were on their way, getting close, etc), well prepared for the job (furniture pads, etc.), worked very hard, and were definitely respectful of my property. Because we ran out of room in the truck, they even offered to carry my 42" flat panel tv in their lap on the drive over. They listen to my concerns and priorities, and got the job done quickly without being reckless. I can't stress this enough. . . I would call/pay them again in a heartbeat considering the amount of work these guys put in. Even though we slightly went over the 2hrs I paid for, they did not complain or give any indication that the job was finished simply because the clock said so. Of course, I tipped them accordingly for their time, and they gave thanks.
Although their younger guys, Gentle Giants is certainly a professional company. These guys know what their doing and how to do it right. There really isn't any reason why you should have to pay $250+ for moving service when these guys will provide higher quality service at a much lower fee. Do not hassle yourself and try to do the move on your own. . give these guys a ring! You'll be glad you did.

James and Jerome were om time, dressed and ready to do the job I asked for. Even the heat was almost unbearable that day. Their steady pace and the ability to piece together what semmed like a jigsaw puzzle fit , was apreciated greatly. Nothing got broken or was damaged,and yes, I would call upon them again anytime.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We just ask that all items that can be boxed are properly packaged, and ready to be moved. If you need our help packing certain items, we’d be happy to.
What types of moves have you handled?
No job is too big or small. We’ve handled countless local moves, long distance moves, office moves, in addition to safes, and upright pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our team of Giants are all ex athletes. We love the physicality of our profession.
