This was a great service all around. Good communications, no surprises. They worked continuously and did a great job. They repacked part of the POD that I had already packed and created a lot more space. These guys placed many more items in the POD than we expected after they had created more space. Both of the workers were polite and and hard working. Unfortunately for them, it was a very humid day and about 94 degrees. They changed T -shirts about every 20 minutes to maintain a fresh and professional appearance. Very impressed with the service and got some good tips form them for the next POD.

Gentle Giants was excellent. They called regularly during the process to confirm dates and times, and the movers were extremely capable and careful. We really appreciated their professionalism, care with the furniture and accommodating spirit, since we had to change the date and time. thanks!

I had originally scheduled with Riverameriteria out of Spring Hill but even after confirming they blew off the commitment so was left hanging with a truck of furniture to unload.
Gentle Giants responded with 20 minutes of submitting a request, were on-site within 2 hours and were very professional and pleasant to work with. Their manager called twice; once to confirm order and a second to inquiry as to arrival and work on the guys.
Overall great experience and since this was a temporary move, I will definitely be using them again.

I was running late driving a truck and I called for help at my new house only 7 hours before I got there out of desperation and there was 2 awesome guys who met me there. They unloaded the truck fast and carefull, not a ding or a dent in anything. They even helped me with my car trailer. I use to run labor crews and would of loved to have a team full of these guys. When you need labor, it doesn't get any better.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We just ask that all items that can be boxed are properly packaged, and ready to be moved. If you need our help packing certain items, we’d be happy to.
What types of moves have you handled?
No job is too big or small. We’ve handled countless local moves, long distance moves, office moves, in addition to safes, and upright pianos.
