Jason and his helper were great. They treated the move as if all the furniture and other items moved were their own. They clearly had a lot of experience moving and hence I didn't have to worry about how they were loading different pieces of information. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would use them again.

Very professional and handled all of our household goods with care. They made sure to ask if there was a question about a piece. I called them last minute as we became overwhelmed with our move and hit a time crunch. Gentle Giants was quick to respond and did an amazing job of packing our POD, literally using every square inch of available space to ensure everything fit.

The two young men who came to help us were great! They were both respectful and very willing to help us wrap items and gave us ideas how to box others. They were running late do to traffic and weather. They called several times to give us updates. We had no problem with the short delay. The job took a much shorter time than expected due to the fact they were hard workers. We are from New Jersey and we were packing up in Florida to bad they work from Florida . I would highly recommend INCREDIBLE GIANTS! When we need to return I will certainly call them again! A+ for Incredible Giants!

Two of the original three crew members we hired arrived on-time; through no fault of theirs we had a problem with the truck that required waiting for a tow, so they asked to leave and return later so we wouldn't be charged for extra time. They told me they were only 5 minutes away so as soon as we needed them they would come back. The third crew member, Silas, called to say that he had been running late but to give him a 20 minute notice and he would pick up the others and arrive quickly.
Once the truck was finally running again, I called Silas...three times. I also texted him, but he never answered. I called his boss twice and also called one of the original crew. Finally, two hours after I called, he arrived with two new crew members, with no apology or explanation for being late. They loaded the truck fairly quickly (but were unfamiliar with how to operate the power lift on the truck).
When we arrived at our house, I gave them clear instructions that "office" items went into the office, "bedroom" into the master bedroom, and so on, while "attic" and "garage" went into the garage. Several times they brought over items that had been broken and blamed the previous movers instead of taking responsibility. We have a custom-made Dr Seuss bookcase and they snapped off one of the character heads. Silas admitted that he noticed it was loose but instead of asking me about it, just assumed it was supposed to be like that and so they were not careful. This was a running theme: they simply were not very careful when bringing items into the house. They banged into the front door, bumped into walls, and dropped items. They told us items were missing, such as brackets for the bed frame, and they never saw them when they were loading the truck. As I was talking to the prior moving company to find out where the brackets were, the same mover came in and said, "Oh ,they were on the truck".
We gave them pizza and soda. As they were eating, Silas told me the reason he was late that morning was because he had overslept. Then he told me the reason he didn't answer my calls or texts was because he had fallen asleep AGAIN.
After they left, we discovered they had placed far too many boxes in the wrong place. For example, large wardrobe boxes clearly marked MASTER BEDROOM were in the garage, along with boxes marked KITCHEN and OFFICE. It took us days to find our towels and linens. They also left Gatorade bottles scattered in the garage.
No, we would not use them again.

We just ask that all items that can be boxed are properly packaged, and ready to be moved. If you need our help packing certain items, we’d be happy to.
