The guys arrived on time and worked very hard the whole duration. They were very knowledgeable of the best ways to fill a storage unit to maximize space utilization. They used great care in handling our furniture. And on top, they were very pleasant to interact with!

If I could give them higher than five stars I would. Immediately called after booking and coordinated a last minute booking to unload our container. Total pros!! After 20 plus years in the military I am somewhat of an expert at moving. Silas and James of “The Incredible Giants” were far and above the best team of movers I have ever used. Extremely polite, patient and very funny guys. Thanks for making what was a terrible experience with the leading self storage container company a much better ending. Would highly recommend these guys.

The Incredible Giants should rename their company to THE INCREDIBLE LOSERS. I confirmed the night before with James and he assured me they would be there. I also got a call from Jason on the very morning of the move saying they were on their way. THEY WERE NO SHOWS. It really caused us a lot of unnecessary panic and stress. We had to move that day! Also, we had a disabled child we had to care for during the move. DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE GUYS! THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND HAVE NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM OR DECENCY.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We just ask that all items that can be boxed are properly packaged, and ready to be moved. If you need our help packing certain items, we’d be happy to.
What types of moves have you handled?
No job is too big or small. We’ve handled countless local moves, long distance moves, office moves, in addition to safes, and upright pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our team of Giants are all ex athletes. We love the physicality of our profession.

All of our team of Giants are properly trained to move your items safely. We demand a high level of customer service from our Giants crew. We are here to ease your mind and reduce your stress!
