Charles and Quinton were literally, life savers. We were left high and dry - thanks U-haul - and literally thought after the loading process, that the unloading, would killnus both. These 2 men arrived as scheduled (kept us posted along the way) , work ethic was professional with a wonderful attitude and real Southern manners. We have several additional moves; I look forward to working with them again.
Personality we are really looking forward to assisting with the upcoming moves more so looking forward to just being in you guys presence again it’s so hard to find true southerners. I still think your husband collection is amazing...

Charles is the owner of the company and one of the crew leaders. We had many scheduling problems brought on by delays in getting our trucks delivered, Charles worked with us during our trucker delays. Charles and his team are hard workers and beat the estimate by more than an hour. His leadership is strict and attention to detail impressive. On many occasions he stoped a crew member preventing potential damage. He was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend him higher. Very good manager and strong team.

They unloaded a pod. They were fast and friendly. They were on time and we're contientious of how/where we wanted things. I would reommend them.

The team showed up on time. They sent two regular staff plus a trainee. The two regular staff, Vincent and Henry, were fantastic. Careful and respectful of us and our home and possessions. They worked very quickly. This was a tough project. We had a 30' semi full to 20'. Our driveway is very steep so the trailer was parked across the street. We have a two story house. The path was across the street, up a steep driveway, up 7 steps into the house and much of the stuff went up to the second floor and we have extra high ceilings so the stairs are taller than standard with a 180 degree turn at the landing. I would have given them 5 stars if it had not been for the trainee. He was pleasant and respectful to us but did not follow directions from us or from the regular staff very well. Seems he wasn't listening. He also was quite careless at several points and bumped walls and door ways with the two wheel cart. I would absolutely recommend Moving Genius to anyone with the simple warning to avoid them using their trainee on a tough job.

The movers were on time, they worked hard. I had 2 containers, unfortunately the container company dropped off one container that did not belong to me. The female mover stated to my sister and myself that she stopped the clock after an hour and would "work something out" (financially) with me for the last hour after my container was found. My container was located and dropped off at my home and when I talked to the female mover again wanted another $200.00. I have tried multiple times to contact the owner, Charles and no call backs have been received. I would probably not use them again even though they did work hard for the hour they were unloading the first container.
