First movers didn't confirm so Hire a Mover suggested this one as it was top rated and cost about $100 more which they agreed to pay $30 of because of the difference. I was told 2 uniformed guys with tools and dolly. I got three guys that had n uniform ( I asked for ID)and they had no tools ( they had to leave to go get one to take the legs off my table and we used a dolly that the place where my furniture was provided. We provided over $220 worth of packing goods not including the furniture pads we rented. They carelessly put our dining room table with no padding up agains extremely well padded chairs and the leaf of the table no padding up agains an antique wardrobe closet. The cabinet had wing nuts and the leaf, unprotected road that way from FL to NH. Also had a few other damages. We would never recommend this "the best " company to anyone. I've made a claim. We used a freight truck which didn't cover much unless it was obviously a packing issue with the company. Hopefully this can be taken care of. Everything we packed ourselves arrived with no issues. It was just that last half hour of a less than two hour move was not given any care. Then I look to find my review and it's not there?! Next move is the BBB. Also HAH told me Genius Pro knew of my complaint and should have reached out to me when they did not get back to me after contacting the,?
