They worked hard and fast, could have slowed down and taken better care of the furniture. A few minor dings etc.

Bottom line, over 75% of my furniture was damaged. One example was with my Grandmothers China cabinet (over 75 years old). It was 2 pieces and I told them the top park cannot be slid on the bottom part it needed to be lifted up and proceeded to scratch within minutes of being told this by sliding it. On the load day I ask that if possible certain items could be loaded close together. This didn't happen, the crew complained loudly and constantly the whole time about my request blaming me for not getting every thing loaded. As soon as they told me it wasn't going to fit on the truck I went and got a trailer. I told them and provided them with plenty of blankets and shrink wrap everything. They used the blankets but not effectively and I couldn't see them not using the wrap until they game me back the wrap at the end of the load. I have moved often in my career and in the military and this is the most disappointed I have ever been with any movers. Stay away from these folks if you value your furniture.

The team that did this move were hardworking and did the move in great time, within the time i agreed to . They were courteous and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the result. They arrived on time and i would use them again.
