They were great! Very professional, polite, hard working efficient and on time. While they were here I recommended a neighbor to Chaz & Crew - I think she will be calling for a June move. I will use this company again and will most certainly recommend to anyone moving in the future.

My only complaint is I was scheduled in the afternoon and their previous job ran late. They were 3-1/2hrs late; however, they did an excellent job when they got here. They were very friendly and had my job completed in less than 2 hours. I was told ahead of time they would be running behind, I just didn't anticipate it would be that late. All things considered, they did a very good job and I would use them again.
Thank you very much for the kind words. I do want to point out that we were given a window of 12pm-4pm to arrive, and we arrived around 3:45 pm. That window wasn't the time for the job to be completed, rather the time for us to show up, which we complied with.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
