I have used them on three other occasions and they were great! This time however not so. I was told they would do something outside where it would be easier (place plastic on mattress and box spring) not done. Furniture and end tables with pieces of wood scraped off. I would not have complained, but they had moved this furniture before without issue. I told them things were trash but they put them in the truck and storage space anyway. Not sure if I would use them again, and it makes me very sad.

Your crew was fantastic -- very professional, very polite, very careful of my belongings, very accommodating of any requests I had. VERY STRONG, FAST workers! The price quoted was extremely reasonable and less expensive than the other recommended companies.
Your crew weren't sure they could fit everything into the POD I had selected -- the POD company has very misleading information as to the size you require. (Always go bigger to what they suggest!) In the end, though, they fit everything in -- it was a giant puzzle -- and they were the puzzle-masters! Thank you for wonderful service!!!

Our crew was awesome!! They were courteous, had an efficient system, and were able to pack the whole house in 3 hours! They were patient with my children and very flexible with our needs. Great crew! Very appreciative of them.

I had such a great experience with Chaz and Crew! They arrived promptly and only took 1.5 hrs to fill my Pod. I couldn't believe how quick they were. They even packed up my Dads truck with my items that needed to go elsewhere. They were very friendly and professional. It was so worth it to hire a pro crew. I'd recommend to anyone.

Chaz and his crew did a fabulous job loading our rat packs. They were all very professional and polite young men. They were very knowledgable and took very good care of every thing moved from our home into the pods.
I would use them again and highly recommend them. They were on time and exercised excellent skill in pacing the pods utilizing every inch of space available.

For a last minute plea for help..this worked out very well. I had comments from others that had come to help about how hard they worked. (They really humped) under very poor conditions. We had two trucks to unload, a 26 foot Penske with a ramp and a 10 foot uhaul. A lot of last minute loading that was very unorganized made it more difficult as things were going all over the house. The rains came about 1/3 of the way through and these guys never missed a beat. They started on time accommodating our schedule and were able to work with others. I do hope to not move again soon but would recommend their services.

They were in time, it was a difficult task because the house has steep stairs. They work hard and i will definitely use them again. Great respectful guys.

The workers showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) , got right to work and worked diligently. They were polite and courteous. They were very careful with our belongings when carrying them. Our only complaint and reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we wish they had wrapped more of the furniture. We had a lot of wood and pressboard (IKEA) furniture dented, scratched or slightly damaged that could have been avoided if they had wrapped more of the items in the plastic wrap as they loaded the truck. I would use them again, I would just pay more attention to the packing process.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
