I hired Chaz & Crew to pack a moving pod for an out of state move. These guys were professional, very courteous and friendly and hardworking -- they packed a 16' pod in an unbelievably short amount of time! I am really impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This crew was phenomenal! They were polite, friendly, great positive attitude...and they played with my dog! They were very prepared for the job and worked very hard...non-stop and as a whole team. This team was very respectful of my property - helped me to pack things that were heavy, and were simply just wonderful. I cannot say enough good about them! I'd definitely recommend them. Asked for three guys to help and they sent four which was great. They got the job done even faster. Three of the four guys were super hard working and fast. One seemed a little tired and was a bit slower, but I'd still recommend because they were fairly careful with my items and got everything in without any damage. Thanks, guys!

I HAD TO CHANGE REVIEW. WE UNLOADED THE POD IN MAY OF 2016- IT WAS IN STORAGE almost One year. When we unloaded a shipping box from Coach was not inside. It contained a brand new trench coat for me and boots size 10.5 -a gift for our son. It apparently never made it to the pod because it was NOT in the pod when my husband and I unloaded. One of Chaz's crew carried it out of the apartment on the 8th floor. It had tape on box that said Coach in small letters all the way around so you could see where it was from. It was a fairly big box. Once my husband went to the storage location to get into the pod and look for it. He could not find it so we had hoped it was father to the back which my husband could not access.Chaz himself was stacking in the pod so it was not him. We liked his packing arrangement very well. He did do a good job but my box from Coach was lifted. ----This previous review was for loading. I should have waited for unloading to review. I hope he got rid of the man who took my box. Was Chaz aware of theft or not? I don't know.......(previous review was 5 stars) - Chaz and crew were great! And they were accommodating since our cube arrived two hours late as well! The team of 4 worked hard and my husband who looked in the cube said Chaz was taking good care packing everything.

The Crew from Chaz and Crew arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and worked hard and creatively to ensure all my items could fit within the truck I had rented for a smooth transport within one efficient trip. They were polite, pleasant and respectful of my time and my belongings.
The Crew was able to work skillfully around tight corners
and stairs without missing a beat and will treat your furniture with care. I highly recommend Chaz and Crew.

I can not say enough good things about this company. We had trouble with our U-Haul truck driving from NH to PA, we were going to be late getting to our new house. I called them at 9:30 pm while broke down on high way. They were so accommodating. Told me to call when we were and hour out no matter what time on Sat. they have us covered. I called and asked them to be their at 12 Noon. They came with extra men to help the job along. They worked so hard . They even had to take my refrig. apart to get it in the house and they did it with out any complaining and put it all back together. Carried washer/dryer misc. boxes to the basement. we had a 26 foot truck and they had it emptied and gone in 2 hr's. I would call them any time I need help. Thank you Chaz and Crew for a great job.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
