Excellent experience. We hired Chaz & Crew to load a Pack Rat with household items and books. The four helpers arrived as scheduled, greeted us and asked for a tour of the home and garage. It was clear during the tour that all 3 helpers and Chaz were professional and interested in understanding all that we expected of them.
They quickly devised a plan, let us know what they needed from us and quickly got to work. They loaded our items in half of the time expected. They were professional, friendly, respectful and total experts at packing and loading.
We have more packing and loading work to do and intend to use Chaz & Crew two weeks from now to load up a rental truck.
We got our work done and enjoyed the discussions we had with all four. They were on time, worked hard and treated our home and us with respect.

Antoine, Brandon and Stephan did an excellent job!!! All were very professional and efficient, their knowledge and experience in loading a POD was obvious given the huge amount of work accomplished in two hours. Very polite hard working young men, I will definitely work with CHAZ & CREW again. Very satisfied from the front office to the guys on the ground, nice work.

CHAZ & CREW was very flexible in scheduling and finished my move very fast. I was delayed from my original time but we communicated throughout the day to ensure they were there when I needed them. Would recommend them for sure!

The guys were friendly and worked hard, but left a lot of new scratches on the hardwood floors. It didn't seem like they were careless, just that they didn't know how easily hardwood floors are to scratch. It seemed like a couple of the guys were new to the crew.
I ordered two guys, but four showed up at no extra cost. They seemed in a hurry to get to their next job (which I can understand), but I had a hard time keeping up with them to coordinate where in the house unloaded items should be placed.

I ordered two movers for two hours. Cost about $290 which was in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay. The day of moving, five helpers showed up for that price exactly on time and had my truck totally unpacked in 45 minutes. They were all very nice and respectful of my property. They also were very strong and able to carry significantly heavy items in one pass. I will definitely use their services again if moving in the near future.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
