I had this moving group in on Monday to move all the furniture off the areas so I could have new carpet and tile laid down. That was an unpleasant experience with them, so I thought today, Wednesday, when they moved all the furniture back in the rooms had to be better. NOPE. They arrived with 4 movers instead of the 5 I booked. One of the movers started immediately vomiting in the 1st floor bathroom of the house, so that left me with 3 movers. After handing the mover who vomited for over an hour in the bathroom a bag, I asked him to move it out to the company car. I then asked the lead for the movers to clean up the bathroom. He told me "You clean it up lady". He also told me his vomiting worker needed to work and earn his money and I better give the vomiter a job outside. I said no. Then I called the main office and complained about the lead's attitude and that I would not have a vomiter working on my job. The vomiter continued to vomit all day and asked one of his co-workers to take him to the hospital but they refused. At lunch they took the vomiter to the train station for an hour ride home. Their lunch break lasted 1.5 hours because according to the lead "we had to stop every few minutes on the way to the train station so he could throw-up". Things went more smoothly after lunch and the lead lost his bad attitude. I will never, ever use this unprofessional group of movers again.

Chaz & Crew were very courteous and helpful. We used them to pack our UHaul from a storage unit. They knew exactly how to pack the truck so that everything fit and was safely stored away. They were professional and efficient. They worked hard and were careful with our things. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Originally I hired 5 movers for 4 hours. A few days before the move I e-mailed them and asked for more hours. The return e-mail said no problem. The movers left at 12:30pm, after 4 hours, and told me they were going to lunch. They did not return until 4:30pm. No call to tell me what was up either. During the move, I went downstairs into the basement and found the lead for the job sitting on a chair looking through the photo albums and laughing his head off. Very unprofessional plus a waste of my time and money. When the lead for the job was in the master bedroom he started trying on belts with another mover and said "Since the guy is dead he won't miss a few belts." The guy was my brother and he was not dead. I told them to pack the belts and not try them on. I had this same moving company scheduled for 2 days later to move stuff back after new carpets were installed. I wish I could have cancelled them.

We asked for 3 men for 3 hours but 5 men came and were done in 2 hours which worked out to be the exact same price but done earlier which was great! The guys were polite and hard working.

Excellent experience. They were running late but called to advise me. All of the men were courteous, hard working and respectful. They knew just what to do and appeared to cut no corners. I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely happy with Chaz & Crew. They arrived within the promised time frame and after introductions got right to work. They were very personable and professional. I hired them to move large, heavy items into our newly-finished attic and to build two shelving units I had purchased. Access to the attic is tricky - it's around a tight corner - that's why I wanted real movers who knew what they were doing. They got the sofa and the 61" TV (and other things) up there, no problem. They built the shelves as well, a very successful morning in my opinion, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
