Team was not on time and worked incredibly slowly. The job was just to move items into a uhaul from a studio apartment. The items were already packaged/wrapped and just needed to be arranged in the uhaul. We told the team we needed the most help with the heavy items. They proceeded to eat up 2 hours moving boxes of which there were only 20 in total. Then came up and asked if we needed an extension...of course we did since the heavy items were still present. Even after the extra hour they still dragged and the job ended up having to be completed by my injured boyfriend and a friend. We were told they had trouble due to the size of the uhaul but my boyfriend and friend had no trouble rearranging everything and getting all my items into it within a hour. A team at my destination was able to not only download my uhaul but also helped me arrange my apartment well within two hours while having to navigate a narrow staircase and no elevator. Not satisfied at all with the Pennsylvania team.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We know how frustrating moving is ! If you’d like to help your movers job easier please make sure all boxes are taped and sorted and that all fragile items are marked and carefully placed . Please provide or ask for all moving needs , blankets, straps, etc. we are also more than happy to help provide those items ms

We handle ALL move wether big or small , near or far . GOOD TO GO can accommodate any needs in a professional manner .
