The workers did a great job once they got there but the schedulers were way off. They arrived an hour and a half after the end of the 2 hour window

Overall, they were fine. I reserved their moving services for Sunday for two hours, with arrival time between 8-9am. The owner called me Friday to confirm the move and ask if they could come on Saturday instead. I understood why he was asking (he wanted to try and give his employees a day off) but it really didn't sit right with me. Moving is stressful enough and then my mover calls me two days before my move to ask if I can change the schedule day? It was not very confidence-inspiring. Even after I told him no because I wouldn't have my keys yet AND I agreed to them coming later on Sunday (arriving between 11-12), he kept making the comment, "Oh it would be a lot better if we could come on Saturday." Anyways, the guys showed up Sunday around 10:30, which was fine because I was home but if you'll notice... not within the time frame they told me. The movers themselves were fine enough - the moving company clearly outsources and I wouldn't say they were experienced. They had to go back to their truck to get an extra dolly (they were confused/surprised that I was asking them to move furniture... even though I indicated this when I reserved the movers - maybe the owner didn't relay the message). One of the movers was great, the other did a lot of standing around and didn't have any sense of urgency when moving. I've hired movers before, and they were not movers. They were two guys who could lift heavy things kinda. I understand payment can't be released from the company to the movers until you confirm your move is done, but literally I got bombarded with calls as soon as they left while I was trying to finish up my move and manage friends who had also shown up to help. Overall, the company felt unprofessional but the movers themselves moved my heavy furniture from Point A to Point B and they were the cheapest option.

Horrible Service!
A job of 2hrs ended up being of 7hrs.
I had 2 UHaul pods to be loaded. Elite services sent 2 young guys who had absolutely no clue how to load the furniture. All I had was a 3 seater recliner and a single seater recliner with say 15 boxes and a queen bed. Both me and my wife and to literally stand in the scorching sun (115°F in Az) and get the job done.
Even if it took 4 hrs to get the pods loaded but loaded correctly and without us having to move furniture and direct the guys in the sun, we would have been fine.
Not Professionals. Do not recommend!!

I used Hire a Helper to find people to help me move items into a storage container. I was impressed with the number of companies that Hire A Helper referred me to and the level of information and reviews that were provided for each company.
I selected Elite Staffing and could not have been more impressed. I hired two people for three hours. They arrived on time were very organized and reviewed all of my items before starting to move things and load the container. The two people worked extremely hard, were cautious my my belongings and loaded the container to capacity. The job was bigger than anticipated and instead of three hours it took six hours. The people never never slowed down and worked hard until the container was full and secure. I would definitely use Elite Staffing again and would use Hire a Helper to find good companies to do this type of work..

The young men were very sweet and worked hard but without the proper training they made some bad mistakes. Management was quick to respond and eager to make things right.
