The crew was young and started out strong. I asked them to wrap all of the furniture that was moved but some items didn't get wrapped and they only ended up taping some of the items which ruined my personal moving blankets. A good deal of my furniture arrived scratched or broken. It was sad to say the least. About half way through the move, they slowed down a lot. I don't know if this is due to the heat or not. They were nice but asked a lot of questions about the stuff they were loading on the truck. I probably wouldn't use this crew again.

Some of the crew showed up only 30 minutes late and worked the whole time. Props to them. Some of the crew showed up 1 hr late. The supervisor did not ensure the crew had moving blankets. I haven't had time yet to check how bad the damage is, but let's just say cover everything yourself to be sure.
The crew was polite and worked as hard as anyone in a Phoenix summer midday. They tried their best to accommodate the move and get everything done as quickly as possible, but they were not adequately equipped or timely as advertised.
Part of the timeliness issue stems from the third party scheduler overbooking the crew, but the equipment is all on the service management.
