The two lads were very professional, they filled my pods 3/4 full in 3 hours. We have some large wood items of furniture that they moved with ease and wrapped before loading. They worked very hard in 100+ degree heat for the full hours. They were great. Thanks.

I just had a call from the owner of the company. He has refunded my money because of the problems I experienced. That is why I gave the 4 star rating.
These are the problems I experienced: While the carrying in part of the move went well, the assembly part did not. I was told that my patio, glass topped, table was completed. Because of the pandemic, I have not moved in and only yesterday found how unstable the table is when I tried to move it. The leg began to collapse. Upon inspection, I found that that leg had been secured with a stick and screws were not applied.
In addition, the movers said they were not told there would be assembly needed. One of the guys drove home to get tools. If you need assembly be sure your movers have been apprised of this. Not sure this would have helped in my case as the crew clearly didn't know how to assemble properly.

Needed 4 men. If you go over the advertised rate it becomes pricey. Not very well explained upfront. Only one of the men knew how to load a truck. Without SJ it would have been a cluster. One of the four was absolutely useless. All the others complained about him as well. He would only take the lightest items to load. Took numerous breaks because he was out of shape. Constantly had to remind him what items were staying. I should be refunded for his lack of work.

The movers were productive with the time. They were careful and delicate with the furniture. The manager communicated well and he was there to help out with any issues. It was important that he exceeded customer’s expectations.

The guys did great. Long carry, heavy stuff. They worked their butts off, can’t recommend more. Transparent scheduling and pricing, their manager was great too.
