Hire a Helper called 4 times between booking and moving asking to reschedule the time and each call I told them to read the move description which explains why I couldn't change the time.
Elite Moving showed up on time and worked at a decent pace to load up. When offloading, my family helped so as to avoid being charged overtime. However, they used this as an opportunity to slow down their pace considerably and "blend in with the crowd."

I would not under any circumstances hire this company again. I regret that I speak English and a little French but no Spanish but that does mot excuse the company from calling me to see if I could work with Spanish only workers. I would have said no because this job required almost constant communication. These 2 young ‘‘me seemed like really nice people but they had no visible skills as movers. Tasks that would have been fairysimple for experienced movers stumped them . I don’t regret meeting the 2 young men but I do regret hiring this company.

Very unorganized. Only one mover showed up on time so we had to help him move most of the stuff. The other mover finally showed up after an hour. The truck was packed very poorly. Even the movers that unload commented about it. They piled a hole bunch of heavy stuff on top of an Ikea TV stand. Needless to say it was completely crushed during the move. I would not recommend.

We hired the movers to mainly carry the larger furniture that we couldn’t out of a one bedroom apartment. We ended up getting help from a neighbor to do it because one of the movers was not able to do it. One of the movers was great but the other was not and ended up ripping part of the furniture. I would not use these movers again. They were very punctual which was nice.

own risk. we hired them through hire a helper for 3 moving people for 3 hours. they send 3 people who did not speak a word of English They did not provide these people any moving dollies or tools so they could slow down the work and charge us extra. the guys took multiple smoke and water breaks and then they were 20 minutes over, they called their company and their company wanted to charge us foe an extra hour. they have a racket going. The company then badgers you with multiple calls to extort money. STAY AWAY.
