This was a fairly simple unloading job that should’ve taken 90 minutes. I know this because the same items were unloaded and stacked neatly into a storage unit a couple of months ago.
They arrived in time but they were completely unprepared. The two men didn’t know each other’s names. Communication was difficult because they spoke almost no English. The did not have a dolly … only a couple of flat beds. They were extremely slow and had no respect for the furniture whatsoever. I had to jump into the truck and help them.
They didn’t even bring their own water! It took them 3 hours with my help and most of the items were left in the garage. If they had brought everything inside the house and placed the items where they were supposed to go, this job would’ve taken at least 5 hours. This was a 1 story home with easy access.
This was a horrible experience. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend Elite Movers.

They were fast, but not careful at all. They stacked odd shaped items inappropriately and I already have multiple leather chairs that are ripped and dents and scratches in furniture before the PODS were even moved. They also don't stack to maximize space, and I had to order a third large POD for over $3,000 because they had so many open spaces in the first two PODS. I had them try to rearrange some on the second time over. They also took boxes that were fragile and stacked other heavy stuff on top, and at least one thing in those boxes is ruined. Not one spoke English, so I could not instruct them at all. Overall upset with their service.

The guys were kind. No English spoken and couldn't understand my direction. No moving blankets or furniture moving dollie.

They were an hour and a half late after the quoted time. They smoked while unloading our truck and in our storage unit. They were very careful with everything which would explain why they moved so slow. I have Stage III Breast Cancer and was working faster than all 4 guys who were in their 20's and I'm 53. They only spoke Spanish so I wasn't able to tell them I would tip them each $50 if they finished on time. They took an extra hour and a half and still hadn't finished. The manager on the phone tried to charge me for an extra 2 hours! They didn't leave after we said they could go. Sorry, not paying for you sitting in your car. Again, they were very careful, just very slow and not very good at tetris.

The workers were absolutely wonderful hard working and respectful Of property.... They were on time and ready to work....However the company they work for I would never use again.... The company they work for would not even provide them a Dolly knowing that they were going to unload a moving truck....

I was disappointed to find marks on my door frame to the bedroom and there is a dent in my wall at the entry way. I don’t know how that can possibly be fixed. I would not use them again.
