These guys were tremendous! They communicated with me prior to arrival to let me know precisely when they would be arriving. From the moment. they hit my door, they were pleasant, efficient, and exceedingly hard working. They managed to wrap up my entire house and get it in to the trailer and the time allotted. Jay and his partner were so wonderful, we were concerned that we wouldn’t get everything in, but they did with room to spare. They got down to business and did a fantastic job. We truly appreciated the packing they did. Would recommend them to anyone.

The 4 gentlemen that showed were prompt, prepared, professional and did a phenomenal job. They blew us away and if I had a reason to hire more help, they would be at the very top of my list. Well worth the cost we paid and then some. Their estimate was for 3 hours of labor and they worked every minute of those 3 hours and completed the job on time, as quoted.

One gentleman was annoyed about having to move a treadmill and was very vocal about it. They broke the handle of the treadmill and didn’t tell me. Didn’t pack the truck very well, left open spots that could have been filled with items. Not everything fit when it should have. They did stay late when they weren’t done in the 3 hours I hired them for, but I did pay extra for that. Overall ok, but not great.
Edit= After unloading, multiple items were damaged or totally broken, making them unable to be used or repaired. It took them a week to get back to me after me texting and sending pictures. then they told me that they won't make it right, I have to submit a claim through Hire A Helper since I booked through them. Stay away from these guys.

Terrance and Jay did a great job unloading our U-Haul truck into our storage locker. We had to change our time slot from afternoon, then late afternoon, and finally first thing the next morning. They rolled with it and reassured us that they would be there when we needed them. They worked quickly and carefully to unload the truck and placed things carefully into the storage area. Thank you!
