They called and changed the time and we waited all morning. They arrived late. . That’s my only problem. I will never use them again. They were done 40 minutes . With top 300. Way too expensive. Never use this service again

Late due to oversleeping, per the crew. Overheard them tell another customer they were just wrapping up with us about 30 mins into our 3 hour load. One of the two employees was stopping to use his phone about every 5-10 mins for calls and texts.
We unpacked our printer because they needed to print our invoice. They emailed me their next customer’s invoice with personal info and asked if I’d print that too.
We rented 48 moving blankets, plus had a handful of our own. They didn’t place a single moving blanket on our furniture. We had damaged furniture that needs refinished/replaced. Boxes that said “FRAGILE” or “GLASS!” were placed as base level boxes. Boxes labeled heavy were loaded on top of very light boxes half their size, demolished.
They were honest about why they were late, and they didn’t damage our walls while moving furniture out. That’s about the only good review I can offer.
