Will never use again. Movers were 3 hours late which caused me to miss more work. I called customer service and they hung up on me. They sent a text saying if you need help please text “help”. I did and they got back to me 2 hours later. I called again and again asking to talk to someone about a discount (they of course wouldn’t provide one on their own) Finally they said they would give me a discount of a whole 15% off. What a joke!!

It took less than 1 hour to move all my things into the truck. Without those guys I wouldn't be able to move to Louisiana. I greatly appreciate all their hard work. I would definitely hire them if they were available in another state.
