It took 6 hours to load two 16’ PODS using 3 people.!!!
Only one of the three people had any moving skills. The woman they sent could not handle heavy items. My POD was a two minute walk from my condo and that is what they said was slowing them down. Mostly they were slow because their dolly's were small and could only handle 3 to 4 boxes per trip. I loaned them my condo Dollys which could hold 8 boxes per load. Slow slow slow.
The three member team did not speak a word of English. NOT A WORD. So my “Fragile” notes on boxes were not understood. They had to use Google Translate to discuss the simplest ideas. I am half Mexican so I have no issues with immigration but at least one person needs to be able to communicate.
They also left my job right in the middle for an hour to go do another job! I would avoid this company.

They showed up on time and completely filled a 16 ft PODS container. I was skeptical that everything would fit but they managed. They worked non-stop until finished. very impressive and we would definitely hire then again.

Mary provided outstanding customer service and regular updates of when the crew would be on site to unload the PODS. The crew were excellent and quick with unloading and extra careful with moving the furniture and washer/dryer. They placed everything in the correct locations in the house and garage. I highly recommend using their service as I will for the next PODS on Monday 4/20/26.
