Prior to their arrival, they kept me updated with respect to their expected arrival time. They were able to come about three hours earlier than their originally-scheduled time, which was ideal for me. They worked hard & quickly, we’re very capable, took exceptional care not to damage anything that they were handling, willingly did everything I asked of them, and were very polite. I would gladly hire them again if I need help, and highly recommend them to others in need of assistance with moving items.

My husband and I needed help moving a very heavy and very awkward Murphy Bed and shelves up to our second floor condo. We hired The Mover (Josh) for the job. He and his coworker (I can't remember his name, sorry!) arrived within the time frame given. Our bed arrived on two pallets and were heavily wrapped in plastic and cardboard which made them bulky and hard to handle. Removing the protective wrapping was not an option as we didn't want them to get damaged. With some great difficulty these two guys were able to move four bookcases and a bed platform up a flight of stairs. This was no small feat as it was VERY heavy and VERY bulky. We really appreciated their strength and hard work.

I requested last minute help to move a treadmill in a box which was delivered on 12/31/2020 in the rain. I called and scheduled for help. I had two wonderful workers in less than an hour. They were polite and hard working. They carefully moved the box and even asked for some towels to wipe up water that had come off the box. They ended up having to unbox the treadmill and move it in pieces inside because it would not fit in the door and around the corner in the box. They cleaned up all the packing materials after they were done and made sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased with the workers and would use their services again. I never thought I would be able to get anyone out on New Year's Eve to move the treadmill. Not only did I get help, I got very good help. Happy New Year!

I was so impressed with the TheMovers. They worked together and with me -asked my priorities after seeing all that i wanted loaded - and it all came together like a perfect puzzle - everything fit just right: top to bottom of the pod. Yes- I would call them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
