Showed up early, which was a huge bonus! They were courteous and hard working and went above and beyond. It wasn’t easy navigating the steps up to my daughters apartment in the very old downtown home but they managed to get all her big pieces up them! They were finished in half the time quoted. TheMovers were awesome! They arrived early, took a few moments to see what needed to be moved from our basement and garage, then got to work. They were able to fit absolutely every single item into the moving POD- I was sure it wasn’t going to fit, but they worked quickly and systematically- we even had a tiny bit of space left over! They were polite, efficient and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The two movers that came to pack our furniture and boxes into our PODS were very friendly, quick, and took care of all our things. They were able to get everything packed into the pod and then some, which I didn’t think was physically possible but they did it! Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for movers. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
