We would not use them again. While they moved quickly and were respectful, they were 3 hours late.
Our original window was 9-10. They called the day before wondering if they could come earlier at 8 which was fine. We were ready for them at 8 am like they said. We had to call them to see where they were at 8:30. They overslept and would come at the original time. Quarter to 10 they said they would be there at 10:20. They did not arrive until after 11. Half a day was wasted waiting for the movers.

The movers were 2 hours late but when they arrived they did a great job. I don't think I should have been charges an additional hour because I had to rent the truck for an additional day because of their late arrival. They did good but will not use again. Spent way more money than I needed to spend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an E-mail containing a form in which they will find few questions regarding the move.

2 or more highly skilled well mannered movers will be ready to preform the task requested.

Customers should have their belongings packed in moving boxes or containers (if packing service isn't requested) and all pets are secured to prevent any potential accidents

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide extensive training to provide maximum efficiency and safety at the job site, in addition to a number of measures that will help in preventing fatigue over a long period of time. Here at B&R Movers we strongly believe in the health and well being of every person in our crews as it's a crucial factor in our lives and the line of work, and credits is to be given to one of our crew members who's a nutritionist and a 4th year MED student that provides valuable advice.
