The movers were very prompt and well prepared for the job. They did work hard to unload our property in a timely manner. They were very careful in handling our property. They politely asked where everything went. I would use them again.

I was initially really happy with the work from Duck Solutions. They were on time, pleasant and got to work immediately. They were available on short notice and flexible with the needs of the job. They worked super fast. AB worked the unloading, while Disco and Curtis brought things into the house. However, after they left, I found gouged and scraped door frames throughout and some corresponding damage to furniture. The guys were good, they just need to take those hallways and doorways slowly and more carefully. It's not the end of the world. I would probably use them again.

The movers were great. We had a 7:00 am time scheduled. They arrived about 5 minutes late after the GPS gave them wrong directions and apologize for being late. They were very professional and courteous and immediately set off to work and were done clearing out my 20 x 10 storage unit into a 16 foot rental truck in an hour. They made sure that the truck was so tightly packed that I could have gotten a 12 foot truck for my cross county move. Not only would I use them again but my sister is going to use them when her daughter moves out of the house and into her own place in the next few months. Well worth the money.

Very flexible in showing up late in the afternoon after my move was delayed a few hours. They were also very efficient, powering through a large 1 bedroom move, including bed assembly, in less than 2 hours with 2 guys. I will definitely use them again.

The did a fabulous job. I had originally hired another company for the job, and after a bad experience with them, hired Duck Solutions to complete the job. (I want to make it clear that the other company was not a Hire-A-Helper company; I have had nothing but great experiences with companies hired through Hire-A-Helper.) The difference between the Duck Solution Movers and the other company were night and day. Duck Solutions was on time, despite my rural home being very challenging to find. They were prepared for the job, worked hard, were impressively organized, and were respectful of my property. Their attitude was friendly, very positive, and very professional, despite their having to deal with a muddy hillside/yard and a lot of heavy and/or awkward items. They worked quickly and efficiently and took care to place my boxes and items where I asked them to be placed. They were very careful with boxes marked "fragile." I can't say enough positive things about their professionalism and work ethic. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again the next time we have items to move.
