My review is only on one facet, as we had to cancel our service due to moving early. We did run into a problem when they didn't call to confirm the assignment beforehand, as we had thought we had cancelled through hireahelper, but it turned out the cancellation hadn't been received. Had they called even the day before the move date we could have saved everyone a lot of trouble.
Other than that, I have to abstain. :)

They showed up on time - for an early start at my request - I was the first job of the day. They were prepared for the job with hand trucks and dollies. I had all the other packing supplies per previous discussions with them.
They worked steady and took care to wrap furniture properly so it would not be scuffed or damaged in transit.
They also took time to properly pack the storage container to maximize the load - get as much as possible into the container.
I will be calling them again - I will recommend them to anyone who wants a good job moving their furniture.

These guys did a great job. We called the week of to move our appointment up a day and they accommodated us with no problems. They showed up on time with three guys. Two guys moved everything to the POD we had and the other puzzle pieced everything together to maximize our space. They were great guys to be around and took care of all of our furniture. We would definitely call them again!

All was great with this group of courteous, careful, and caring guys. My only complaint was being told the wrong time of arrival. There is great tension on moving day and times should not be quoted when they know it is impossible. WHEN TOLD I HAD A 9 AM -10 AM ARRIVAL, I expected to be the first move. In, fact, it was afternoon before the arrival since they had another move in another city. That was the only glitch. I would use them again, but I would not plan on the quote of time.

They were supposed to arrive between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, didn't show until 12:15PM. I was told that I would receive a 5% discount per hour that they were late. That discount was not reflected in my final bill.
The movers did not take very good preventative care to put a barrier between some of my appliances/furniture and the dolly. For example, they brought my washer and dryer down the stairs with the metal of the washer and dryer rubbing against their metal hand truck...as a result the washer and dryer got all scratched up. Several other pieces of furniture got scratched up in the same way. They should have wrapped the pieces with something or had their hand truck padded in some way.
They also dropped a piece of my entertainment center and broke off the end piece of wood.
To be fair, the owner said he would send me a check for the damaged piece of furniture from my entertainment ctr; still not worth the hassle though.
Duck Solutions called stating they will be late due to back up traffic coming from Charlottesville, VA. You paid for two hours and you went over an hour and 45 minutes, in which that was your discount. There was no charge for shrink wrap which is $25. The item that was broke fell out of our control in which you was there watching and you signed off on it and that we are not held responsible for the damage. When ask if any other damages you stated no.
