I highly recommend Duck Solution Movers, for the timeliness of their arrival at our house, the incredible packing and loading of our belonging in the PODS and their professionalism. In addition, Sam, the operations supervisor did a great job arranging the load in such a way that surpass expectation.

The movers were the best, they pack my TH in about 2 1/2 hrs. all three stories, and never missed a beat. They were friendly and professional.
They were a little late due to traffic,(not their fault) they were prepared for the job, they worked hard, very respectful of my property and goods, I would definitly use them again, and I will in abour 6 months.
Only one concern, I had all my boxes sealed and ready to go, except for one box. It wasn't surposed to go into the truck. They sealed it up and placed it in the truck. I didn't notice it until they left and the box was in the back of the POD. Just glad I'm getting delivery of the POD in my new place in about a week, or that would have been a problem. Other than that no complaints.

Duck Solution Movers were incredible. They came on time, well prepared. They even shrink wrapped my furniture so it wasn't damaged in transit. They were exceptional~I would highly recommend this crew and use them again.

I was very dissapointed with the service that was provided. I was moving out of a single family house. I called the owner a few days before moving and asked to make sure he was sending three movers to my location. He also said he would be coming to my home and be the packer of the 3 person team. He stated they bring extra shrink wrap and blankets to make sure all furniture was taken care of and packed safely. He stated his crew was great and would make our move easy.The three person crew arrived on time. i was met at the door by an unfriendly lady who asked if we were expecting movers. I explained to her that we needed our home moved into two pods in our driveway. It seemed that she was suprised we were moving out of our house. She also didnt look fit in any way to be moving anything. I thought she was maybe the coordinator for the company who just has paperwork to be singed. I told her that we hired a three person crew and that AB the owner said he was coming. She stated he had to go to another job and was too busy to come to our home. She said she was the third mover. They started packing my furniture and took 45 minutes just to decide how they wanted to pack the first pod. The lady took multiple brake and was at one point lying down in the vehicle. I called the owner and asked why is she here because I was really only provided a two person crew. The owner gave me excuses that he has another job and would be out to my location in 1 hour. He then proceeded to call the lady and yell at her. She in turn came into my home and asked why I called the owner and stated she needed her "medicine breaks". The two men were very friendly. One was experienced and the other one looked like he was an apprentice. The owner never showed up like he promised. My furniture was not packed nice at all, took 5.5 hours when I needed them for three. I ended up paying two friends to come help and they moved much faster then the crew from duck solutions. We showed them how to move fast and efficient. The owner should be ashamed of the lady he sent as a worker. Morally I followed through and paid but should of been given a refund. The fact that the owner was trying to find a way to get more money for the service he provided is just sad and made this company look shady. If you dont have valuables and dont care about who shows up, hire this company, if you have nice items and want a professional experience and dont want to be ripped off, use this company. Worst experience of my life! Thank you Duck solutions and AB for taking my money and providing horrible service!

Overall they did a really good job. Very friendly guys. They took the time to wrap a lot of my things. A few bumps and bruises on my tricky staircase and a few items, but nothing too bad. Only thing I'd recommend is better communication. They were a late and I had to call them to find out what was going on. Wasn't a big deal to me that they were late, but think they should have called me. I would recommend. Added plus that they came with supplies (blankets, shrink wrap, straps for truck, dolly, etc). Thanks again guys!

Duck Solutions did a great job on unloading our furniture and belongings. The owner was in good communication with us throughout the process. He and his workers were on time and worked diligently to get the job done. I'd definitely recommend them.

AB and Disco were professional, friendly, and efficient. I was amazed at how meticulously they packed my PODS, treated my furniture with respect, and I was extremely pleased with their talent.
