This was the second part of my move, and AB and his team were fantastic again. They showed up on time, with extra help, and with the necessary equipment. They worked incredibly hard, and moved everything in quickly, while taking great care of our property. The guys were really funny, but very professional. It was an awesome experience--I would recommend Duck Solutions to anyone, and would absolutely use them again!

They came with the necessary equipment, worked incredibly hard, and moved everything out very quickly. They were funny and silly, but also very professional. They took great care of our property, and can pack a truck (super well), too! Awesome experience--I would recommend Duck Solutions to anyone, and would absolutely use them again!

Our appointment time was 2pm, but they showed up at 2:09. The fact they were 9 minutes late was quickly redeemed with the fact that they worked fast, efficiently, and with great care for my items. They also did a great job of packing the small truck that was available to me (16ft). I would gladly hire this company again in the future!

A crew of 4 showed up and finished in 2 hours. I had asked for 2 people for 4 hours. It went faster than I anticipated. I had just wanted to load the big furniture pieces from my 3-level home into a PODS container. I was pleasantly surprised that he would direct how to fit the pieces most efficiently. He strategically used the limited moving blankets and comforters we had. On top of it all, the crew did this while it was lightly raining.
The unpacking at the other end of the cross-country move showed no major damage. The unpacking crew struggled with some of the heavier pieces that Duck Solution Movers moved easily.
Full disclosure: HireAHelper.com offers $6 for tweeting, facebooking, google plusing the review. But I'm not going there.

Duck Moving Solutions is an unreliable moving service.
My scheduled move was for 7AM. Around 9AM I received a call they had a breakdown and other circumstances causing their two hour delay. I had a one day door to door move with zero assistance. My injured father and an injured veteran had to load a three bedroom home into two 26' uhauls. We waited and waited. Multiple calls were made to Duck Solutions. We were continuously told they were on their way or would be there in an hour. They FINALLY showed 5 hours late. We only had one truck left to unload. The owner said he'd give me a " discount". He charged me for one hour of work.

Do not use this company. They were 4 hours late even though we set this appt a week on advance. When we tried to get our money back, they said they couldn't and that hire a helper had to do it. Luckily enough hire a helper responded to our complaint immediately and not only refunded our money, but apologized with a gift card. Its sad that hire a helper had to resolve another companies issues. We.were very lucky that we had enough family to move everything so our POD could be picked up on time.

I was very impressed by the movers. They arrived before the scheduled time and worked very hard. They were very courteous to us and respectful of our furniture. The only thing that was that they did not have the dollies that we requested but that did not hamper their ability to move heavy furniture up several stairs. I would use them in the future.
