When I called they said 5, but they showed at 6. It was within timeframe but not what they said. One guy worked much harder than the other. The truck was packed great. The kid upstairs was on his phone scrolling several times just walking around, not motivated. A neighbor overheard the one guy getting onto the one on his phone. The job overall got done, but for $300+ I expected better service. Weed is legal, but smoking right before a job is eh. I think Jordan needs a better coworker.

Jordan and Gus were great until they weren’t. All started out great came on time for right to work super fast loaded one pod no problem. Onto pod 2 all started great again until I was told to start prioritizing what I want and don’t what I wanted all my things but ok I can do this and I did until I noticed they forgot about primary mattress and the ever important kitchen table few boxes these things where overlooked never even touched. So Jordan got extremely pissed and Gus cursing and whatnot no big deal the big deal happened when Jordan is so pissed he stared treated my belongings like crap tossing bbq and chairs out of pod to make room pieces of bbq are now on driveway and in 1 pod and put the rest in other pod just ridiculous and unprofessional at that point. Needless to say when my pods get delivered to my new address it’s going to be a disaster and I’m stuck putting his mess together, I say his because it was only Jordan who was throwing stuff Gus was not and I actually felt bad for him the way Jordan was yelling at him was not necessary. Oh and I was told they would have things with them to put down on floor they had nothing good thing I had sheets I didn’t donate or my floors would have been muddy. So would I recommend them maybe for boxes only but definitely not an entire house.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. One of the movers had mud on their feet, got it all over the carpet and fell down the stairs. They couldn’t figure out how to move two pieces of a sectional couch out of our basement. They scratched our front door. They scratched the front of my piano. One of the movers was on the phone with his boss half the time, who was yelling at them to go faster. I had to tell them how to pack our pod, and then move things ourselves when they didn’t listen. I had to ask them to come back into the house when they were about to leave because they forgot to move a table. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The helper guy was very nice. That’s where the good stops. I paid for four hours, but the main guy rushed like he had 2. We provided moving blankets and shrink wrap. They didn’t properly wrap any of the furniture. We arrived at our destination with significant damage. They didn’t wrap our sofa at all and now it’s dirty and needs to be professionally cleaned. They were telling me the sofa wouldn’t fit at first and basically said sorry, nothing we can do. There was plenty of space if they took apart some of the other furniture. He seemed like that was an annoying request. They ended up finishing in 2.5 hours. Had they used the time and supplies we paid for, the damages would not have occurred. The guys who unloaded were baffled at the terrible job they did at protecting our furniture.

I would not recommend this moving company. The movers who arrived were clearly untrained and lacked basic moving skills. Items were handled carelessly, communication was poor, and the overall process felt disorganized from start to finish. Several concerning behaviors raised questions about whether the crew was under the influence of substances, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. There is a lot of room for improvement in professionalism, training, and overall reliability. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want your move handled safely and competently.
