The team showed up 3 hours late, they talked back to me and my fiancée when we asked them to be careful and said “we do this 7 days a week, relax,” I brought everything to the main level for them when they were running late to speed the process up and never got compensated for not making them use stairs. Speaking of compensation I paid for 3 hours and they did 2 hours of work but then I submitted a request and they took 2 days to “validate” my claim. As a customer I would hope you would believe me when I’m only asking for an hour of service returned to me!

Wow! I don’t know where to start they did a perfect job 5 start! wish I could make it 10 but there is no 10 start!because they way the handled my stuff was just perfect I have never used moving company was trying it for the first time and will definitely use them again and again if you moving use them, they even helped me to set up my couch since I was all alone thank you again and may God bless you.????

One of the two guys was rude. Overall the job was done, but they left 30 mins sooner. Towards the end, they did a half-hearted job - just put the stuff loosely. Wouldn’t use them again

They showed up within the window of time we were given. They worked very quickly so stayed within the window of time they were hired to complete the job. They fit everything in the container but I don’t feel they were respectful of our property. Just kind of shoved things into place. Damage was done to two pieces of furniture. I would not hire them again.
