This was the easiest and most stress-free part of a very stressful move. I had to adjust instructions multiple times and due to a few miscommunications when the move info was originally set up, had to adjust our move plan. A confirmation call and/or text to make sure everything is on schedule. Movers keeping you up to date on the arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Preparation should include making sure all boxes are put together and taped. All necessary furniture wrapped or protected for the journey.
