Booked a service including a piano, movers did not show up prepared to move a piano, and refused to move the piano. Service was never completed. No resolution was offered.
I specifically called the morning of and confirmed that there would be a piano in the move. Crew leader said, "yeah that'll be fine." Shows up, oops we cannot move a piano.
Were they on time? No
Were they prepared for the job? Absolutely not
Did they work hard? No
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes
