They arrived early, were incredibly quick, and did an excellent job of playing Tetris to fit all my items into a storage container that was not as big as I thought it was going to be. I wasn’t sure it would all fit, but they made it happen. I will definitely be using them again!

Disappointed in the alleged “elite” service I got charged for. The movers were kind and I had no issue with them personally; they did a fine job getting most of my house in a couple PODS. However, they arrived without necessary materials like I discussed with the supervisor and tried to put duct tape directly in the furniture of my hardwood dresser. Thank goodness was I caught that before it was stowed away in a very hot POD. Considering I was charged hundreds of dollars/hour for elite service, I don’t really understand what I got for that investment. Seems like it was just a way for HireAHelper to charge me more money.

Movers arrived before scheduled time, we showed them what needed to be moved. Movers assured us that items would fit the 16 ft container. Movers worked steady and packed the container efficiently. All items were packed without problem and room to spare. First time using pods and loading was done in one hour and 15 minutes no packing required. Using movers to pack bulky items and furnitures was well worth the expense. 2 hours for loading and no packing is spot on. Overall recommend the service if your moving budget allows. Kudos to our assigned movers for a job well done.
