They arrived earlier but called ahead, which it was much appreciated. Overall they got the job done and within time. However, professionalism and care were lacking - minor damage to furniture, a critical part to the floor lamp was lost, and they were taking personal calls and unprofessional discussions about their coworkers (not the place to have those while on the job). I appreciated the help, just not precessional movers. Fair service for the price. I will not use them again.

They got the job done quick! It only took them 2 hrs and 15 min to unload our packed-to-the-ceiling 26' U-Haul. They were polite and courteous. Could have been a little more gentle with some items, but nothing was damaged in the process. One spoke English well, the other did not. I booked them for 3 hours, but there was no refund for the time they didn't use (which was my oversight.) Overall, I would book them again.

The two men were real gentlemen. Ready to get to work. I over estimated my time that I needed help. Although we paid for 3 hrs of help and they only worked for 1/2 hr doing the heavy stuff, I hope they got the 2 minimum or 3 hr pay.
