I explained what I needed done, and told them that smaller things would have to go in first so that it can fit as much of my stuff as possible. I also told them the bigger items I had so they could judge the space needed for the bigger items. I also asked them to take one thing off the wall because I couldn't.
First they ONLY put in the larger items, completely cutting off the space to put in small boxes. They used MY tools, without asking to attempt to get the item off the wall, left my tool bits out, and didn't even get it off the wall, just stripped the bolt.
When they finished with the heavy items, again cutting off access to an area that they could put my smaller boxes and items in. They left after 30 minutes. It was a complete waste of money, and I had to get an extra moving truck because of the amount of stuff left behind. The 2 hour minimum is a shield for this company, so they can do a little and still take a couple hundred.

Arrived a little bit late, but they notified me that the prior customer was taking longer than expected. Great communication! Went to work immediately… Very very efficient… Packed the POD storage container so that every square inch was used! Great attitude. Super hard workers! I had reserved them for three hours, but they actually completed the job in two. Highly recommend! My move is not completed yet and I will hire them again!

I wanted to wait until unloading so I could see the end result to leave a review and I am glad that I did. The pack just was horribly done - multiple broken boxes, personal items, four foot, antique, bronze candlestick broken in half, etc due to loading extremely heavy items on top of light ones. Worse - my heavy duty, high quality dresser was destroyed due to the extreme weight loaded on top. The metal legs are bent, cracked wood, drawers won’t fully open. I keep finding problems as I unpack with total destruction of thousands of dollars worth of items.
