Absolutely awful! Would not recommend ever! Part of our family was late showing up, so the movers had time to rest in their car. For the time they did work they placed things in areas that made no sense, they bent the wheel on our Blackstone grill. They spent their time laughing, felt like they were laughing at us, and not communicating with us about where to place things all while we were looking for our missing ma. They spent more time laughing and talking to eachother than moving things. The last 10 minutes they spent only moving light objects instead of the heavy things we needed moved. They showed no sympathy. Placed heavy objects on top of light boxes. When asked if they could help assemble beds they rudely reminded us of the time we had and that we had to choose between furniture being built or things being moved. All in all very disappointed and I want my money back!
