They showed up in the appointed timeframe… They got almost everything to fit in the U-Haul truck I had rented… They were both efficient and except for the coffee table wicker bottom ,which was broken by them that they didn’t tell me about …. everything else was OK.

We had scheduled for 11:00-12:00. I was asked if we could make it earlier. I rearranged my time and delivery of the UHaul trailer to accommodate their request. The helpers showed up an hour plus later than the time I was told. When I spoke to BIM, the male on the phone was pretty much 'oh well. two hour minimum.
I had already loaded half the trailer.
No accommodation or condideration on their partwhatsoever.
Poor management. I would not use them again. '

Two hours late from another job. I took time off from work to be home for the scheduled time of 1-2. They both did a phenomenal job. I just was not happy about the tardiness.

One worker showed up and he was excellent but I was charged for 2 workers and I had to help but was charged the full amount. Do not use this company! They rip you off.
