Things happen, but communication is so important. They were three hours later than my reserved time which caused several issues including not being able to turn on my water, missing an sonny's and picking my son up from school. They only called once saying they'd be 15 minutes late because of a crew issue. After 30 minutes, still not there. An hour later I finally called and he said he was waiting for someone to bring him gas. Like I said things happen but there wasn't enough communication.
The boys were kind, fast and professional. Zero complaints about the job performance, even helped remove a mounted TV quickly. A+
However, there's no mention of us having to pay for travel times and when I went to pay they said with travel time I had to pay for 2 extra hours. So I was shocked, frustrated, disappointed and confused.
I've called three times, spoke with three different people and everytime I call they are unaware of the original issue and ask to call the team to discuss with them how long they actually worked. I'm an honest single mom and I'd they were here for 5 hours is have happily paid out, but it's not true. I'm still waiting on the issue to be resolved.
