The crew that showed up did a great job, but their ability to show up at the scheduled time was the issue. I received a call earlier that day to let me know they would be a little late which was fine, but 2.5 hours after the scheduled time was a little frustrating. The prior job that they had ran long and the first crew that was supposed to come didn’t show and Morris Movers was able to locate and send a replacement crew.
Everything worked out in the end and I realize these things happen from time to time. If you’re on a tight schedule you may want to confirm with them before the day of the move.
