The 3 men that packed our house were late, did a horrible job packing, and completely ruined our refrigerator, which now has to be replaced.
We used this service to move both in and out of our house and the other team did a fantastic job, so I think it was the team on the "move out" end that were horrible, not the company. I would NOT recommend them.
Josh sent me several updates during your move with concerns of you not having moving blankets. You gave him one comforter to cover your fridge and told them to just get everything loaded.
Per HireAHelpers terms you should have provided 1 blanket per piece of furniture, but you supplied only 1 bedding comforter. They expressed concern through the entire move about possible damage, but you assured them you weren’t concerned about damages.

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We handle all types of moves, from local, long distance, residential and commercial.

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
