We will require a signature that we are not responsible for damages to televisions if they are not boxed. Our rates reflect our quality of service. As moving labor gets more competitive new labor providers drop their rates lower and lower to compete. Our experience and quality are second to none. James and Josh showed up on time and were very and respectful, both of me and my items. The handled everything with care and loaded my storage facility very efficiently. The guys completed the job within the 2 hour allotted time and everything was intact without damage. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs a safe and careful move. Brandon, Joseph, and Ernest were a good team. I saw Brandon and Joseph do most of the heavy lifting. They told me Ernest was taking book boxes up the stairs. Would definitely recommend this company.

Guys came without tools, were working slowly and clearly wasting time wandering around the building. I reserved a service elevator just for them that they didn’t use and then said the elevators were taking too long. They weren’t able to pack everything in my pod but didn’t tell me until 30 mins before pickup so I needed to scramble and order another one to get all of my belongings to my new home. It was very frustrating and they took about 7 hours to pack up my 2 bedroom apartment… when I already packed up all the boxes. I even helped them carry things to speed up the process. I ended up being charged for 4 additional hours of work that I’m my opinion was them just wasting time. They just had to take apart furniture and move things downstairs so I’m not sure what was taking so long. I would not recommend Morris Movers.

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
