Attn: We require all televisions to be placed in the original box or a tv box needs to be purchased us. We will not load or transport televisions without them being in a box. We will require a signature that we are not responsible for damages to televisions if they are not boxed. Our rates reflect our quality of service. As moving labor gets more competitive new labor providers drop their rates lower and lower to compete. Our experience and quality are second to none. James and Ty were great. They were very careful with my furniture and the surrounding areas. They were especially kind when 2 of my kitties ended up inside one of the box springs. They were so gentle with tilting the bed to help them escape. Very personable, respectful young men. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They made my day!

The movers did arrive on time and worked very hard to load my house contents into the Upack containers. They were respectful to me. They did stack the containers tightly.
I did provide them with water as it was hot and pizza.

Hahaha! They were late but DID call and warn me! Their work was incredible! And the care they took of my junky old stuff was amazing! They were strong and fast, professional and very well mannered and extremely polite. I was impressed and I usually take people who do their jobs with a grain of salt but these guys were exceptional. I hope to use them again!

These guys were awesome! They loaded my POD container like true professionals! Tetris skills on point. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. They pulled off a true magic trick getting my POD loaded so efficiently, and even left extra space for my fiancé's things. Pure legends!

First off, I was scammed and scammed big. I ordered a 26ft truck. Someone from Morris called me the day before and told me that all the stuff I had would fit into a much smaller 17ft truck and that it would "save me money." They arrive on moving day with a much smaller 17ft truck. The guys loaded the truck to capacity and half my stuff was not even loaded!! They spent HOURS trying to fit as much as they could in this truck while I WAS BEING BILLED!!! So off we go... their truck is loaded to capacity and half my stuff was left about an hour away from where I was moving. They get to the new place and I heard a loud bang, there goes my dryer down the steps breaking my stairwell and leaving skid marks on the wall. So after it's all over, I was billed $770 for the 26ft truck, they sent the 17ft truck instead. Not only did they not get all my stuff, because the movers were trying to fit all my stuff into the truck and took HOURS, they billed me an additional $450!!! The total was well over $1200 to move from a 2 bedroom apartment in Kyle to a house in Round Rock. I immediately complained to Hire A Helper and they dismissed me. All of these people scam the hell outta you! I had to dispute the charge with my bank for fraud. And if that's not enough, after the $1200 I STILL have to rent an additional Uhaul to get all my stuff out of my place because they didn't listen to me when I BOOKED THE 26FT TRUCK!!! You best believe I am going to report them to everybody I can. They will SCAM YOU!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!
It seems as you intended on scamming us, because the crew ended up moving much more after we let you know we could only accept your order if it didn’t run over into their other jobs.. anyone can check our rates and see the price is the same for all trucks, and you were very aware at the side of the truck we were bringing.
If you were honest we would have not accepted your order, and you would have had to select a more expensive service provider..
We will be forwarding your threats to our legal advisor so be expecting a letter from them very soon.
